In the early hours of the morning, around 2:30 am, the child was brought to the emergency department with multiple episodes of vomiting and altered sensorium. On arrival, he was in a comatose state.

Further evaluation revealed a 4th ventricular tumor. We scheduled a second definitive surgery – midline posterior fossa craniotomy – and successfully achieved complete tumor excision.
